Woodbourn Paringa P49 was purchased in partnership with Lindsay Murray Greys (VIC) and Silver Fern Murray Greys (NZ) in 2020 after a very wide search for a new sire. Paringa ticked all the boxes we were looking for as a genetic outcross for our breeding program.
He is a versatile bull with excellent data being in the top 5% for 400 and 600 day weight, breed average EMA, and very importantly positive fats (top 10%) and very high IMF % (top 5%).
Along with his hard to fault data profile he is a bull with great sire appeal, sound feet and temperament. Paringa’s maternal pedigree is also an added bonus with his dam displaying excellent volume, feet and big broad muzzle.
