We have more than 25 years’ experience in the cattle industry, having operated at Wallawong since 1990. Prior to starting our business, owners Kate and Lachlan both studied Rural Science degrees, focusing on Genetics and Meat Science respectively. There was no guesswork when we chose to work with Murray Greys – we believe they offer unparalleled quality in the domestic beef industry – and we don’t think there should be any guesswork for our clients. We know what makes good cattle, and we’l work closely with you to meet your specific needs.

Our breeding and genetics programs continue to produce exceptional results, both for Wallawong Murray Greys and our clients. We exhibit in a variety of competitions and events throughout the year, where our results often exceed our own expectations. Our cattle for sale events, held annually in July prove the superior quality of our cattle, with 100 per cent clearance at our 2015 sales.

We use the latest technology to execute high-quality breeding programs, using bull semen from sires used extensively throughout our stud and commercial herds, combined with reliable heifers for high-performance offspring. Clients also have the option to artificially inseminate their own heifers, using semen from our bulls to improve their cattle pedigree.
